- CAMS SPORTS will absorb a change at no cost when it comes to changing size, the necessary observations will be made so that the client can have the correct size and multiple shipments are not generated.
- In changes due to defects, CAMS SPORTS will absorb the cost of the package regardless of the amount of the purchase.
- Every exchange or return: Make sure your shoes are not used or damaged, because if we cannot add them back to our inventory we will have to reject your exchange or return. If you have doubts or you are not sure if your shoe is in conditions of exchange/return, send us an email and we will be happy to help you solve it.

In the same way, the guarantees for manufacturer issues are only applicable 48 hours after the delivery of the product.
